We receive a large volume of correspondence each day. Unfortunately, there are a number of ways that communications can break down, such as:

  • Spam Filters
  • Mail Client Bugs
  • Miscommunication
  • Human Error

Here are some tips to help you communicate with us better:

  • We prefer email contact to telephone calls. It helps us pace our workload and leaves a record of communication for future reference. Having said that, though, please provide your telephone number when you write, just in case… If you prefer phone contact, just let us know.
  • If you call, please be prepared to leave a message, as we are frequently on or away from the phone. Rest assured, however, that we do return calls.
  • If you have an urgent need, please tell us. We'll make your inquiry a priority. Otherwise, most email is answered within a business day, the remainder within a few days. Please follow up if it's been longer.
  • If you feel that we're being unresponsive, please contact Matt (matt@greenkarat.com or 877-330-4605 x801). Be sure to include your phone number.
