Easy Returns & Exchanges

 

If for any reason you aren't satisfied, you may return any non-engraved item in its original condition for a refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. This return privilege applies only to products normally offered on the website, and does not include special orders or pieces identified as custom. Shipping charges and donations will not be refunded.

 

Most rings, but not all, are eligible for complimentary resizing. Customers are responsible for all related shipping costs.

 

Regular products which are not eligible for complimentary resizing will be indicated in that product's description. Large changes in size may incur a charge. Custom projects may or may not be eligible for complimentary resizing - please inquire about your specific design.

 

International Customers: Refunds of taxes remitted to entities outside of the US are the responsibility of the customer, and must be requested directly of the taxing entity. We strongly recommend that proof of export of your product return (from your country to greenKarat) be retained to support refund claims.
