Product Warranty
We warrant and guarantee the quality of our work. With your periodic attention, as outlined below, your purchase should last a lifetime.
To ensure lasting beauty and performance, regular maintenance of jewelry is advisable. We guarantee all of our jewelry against defect in materials or craftsmanship for a period of 6 months from the date of your invoice. Your warranty may be renewed at any time for an additional 6 months by sending us your ring for a 'tune up'. We will perform maintenance, including polishing, cleaning, prong examination and re-tipping, every six months for only the cost of return shipping. This warranty does not apply to lost, stolen, or abused merchandise. Any work performed by a jeweler other than greenKarat permanently voids your warranty. This warranty is not transferable and applies only to the original owner.
