Returns & Exchanges
If for any reason you aren't satisfied, you may return any non-engraved
item in its original condition for a refund or exchange within 30 days.
This return privilege applies only to products normally offered on the
website, and does not cover custom pieces or special orders. Shipping
charges and matched CND donations will not be refunded. If you have any
questions about our return procedure, please don't hesitate to Contact
Us.
To return a jewelry item to greenKarat, follow our three-step
process:
- Please email
us prior to returning
your item to obtain a return authorization
number. Enclose a copy of your invoice
with the item you are returning. On the
back of your invoice, please include
your return authorization number and
all details
regarding your return or exchange (including
deadlines).
- Package carefully! For security reasons,
please do not write greenKarat anywhere
on the outside of the box. Ship

- Be sure to ship your item fully insured
and request a return receipt for confirmation
that your shipment has reached its destination.
If the total invoiced price of the item(s)
that you are returning is:

Less than $500: You can ship it via any carrier.

More than $500: Ship your package via US
Postal Service, insured for the total
value of the contents. FedEx® and UPS® will not insure jewelry
over $500.
Please note: Improperly packaged or non-insured
packages may be refused. Items that show
signs of wear or have been resized (by
a jeweler other than greenKarat), engraved,
altered, or damaged in any way cannot be
accepted for return.
